If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Email us at sherri@sebastiansigns.com to initiate a refund, and we will promptly send you return instructions.

Turnaround
We generally ship within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. We will contact you if this is not possible.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
